Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide only to assess and respond to your enquiry. Resend, Inc. delivers the message to our inbox as a processor. We do not sell or use the details for unrelated marketing. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); you may object by emailing us. We retain enquiries for up to 12 months unless a longer retention period is necessary to handle an active business relationship or legal claim.

Analytics

We use self-hosted Umami and GoatCounter for aggregate traffic statistics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-performance metrics. These tools are cookieless and are not used to identify visitors across websites.

With your consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity is not loaded unless you select “Accept Clarity”; you can refuse it without affecting access to the site.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interest by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
